By using bluepages.fyi (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.

2. Service Description

bluepages.fyi provides a lookup service that maps cryptocurrency addresses to Twitter handles. All data is sourced from publicly available information that users posted on social media themselves.

3. Acceptable Use

You DO agree to use data obtained from this Service respectfully.

You agree NOT to use the data obtained from this Service for:

Harassment, stalking, or threatening individuals
Phishing, scamming, or fraudulent activities
Spamming or unsolicited commercial messages
Doxing or revealing private information beyond what is provided
Any illegal activities or purposes
Malicious or harmful activities of any kind

⚠️ Important: Using data from this Service for malicious purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban from the Service and potential legal action.

4. Data Accuracy

We provide data "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy or completeness. Social media handles can change, accounts can be deleted, and addresses can change ownership. Always verify information independently.

5. Privacy & Logging

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the Service:

Request logs: IP addresses, timestamps, and query details are kept for 12 hours for debugging purposes only
Payment data: On-chain transaction records (public by nature of blockchain)
Opt-out records: Stored permanently to honor removal requests

📋 Log Retention: All request logs are automatically deleted after 12 hours. We do not track users long-term or build user profiles.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are made on-chain using the x402 payment protocol on Base mainnet. Payments are:

Final: All sales are final and non-refundable
Automatic: Your wallet will prompt you to sign the payment transaction
Transparent: All transactions are visible on the blockchain

7. Opt-Out Rights

Any address owner can opt-out at any time by visiting opt-out.html and signing a message from their wallet. Opt-outs are:

Immediate and permanent
Cascade to all linked identities
Free of charge

8. Rate Limits

To ensure fair use, we enforce rate limits:

30 requests per minute per IP address
50 items maximum per batch request

Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we make no guarantees. The Service may be unavailable due to:

Maintenance and updates
Technical issues
Network problems
Force majeure events

10. Intellectual Property

The Service itself (code, design, branding) is owned by us. The data provided is sourced from publicly available information and is not owned by us.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

Inaccurate or outdated data
Service interruptions or data loss
Actions taken based on data from the Service
Third-party actions or misuse of data

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms, particularly the acceptable use policy.
