1. Acceptance of Terms

By using bluepages.fyi (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.

2. Service Description

bluepages.fyi provides a lookup service that maps cryptocurrency addresses to social identities and labels (e.g., CEX exchange wallets). All data is sourced from publicly available information that users posted on social media or recorded on-chain themselves.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use data obtained from this Service respectfully.

You agree NOT to use the data for:

• Harassment, stalking, or threatening individuals
• Phishing, scamming, or fraudulent activities
• Spamming or unsolicited commercial messages
• Doxing or revealing private information
• Any illegal activities
• Malicious or harmful activities of any kind

4. Data Accuracy

We provide data "as is" without guarantees of accuracy. Handles can change, accounts can be deleted, addresses can change ownership. Always verify independently.

5. Privacy & Logging

We collect minimal information:

• Request logs: IP, timestamp, queries — deleted after 12 hours
• Payment data: On-chain transaction records (public by nature)
• Opt-out records: Stored permanently to honor removal requests

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are made via x402 protocol on Base mainnet:

• Final: All sales are non-refundable
• Automatic: Your wallet prompts you to sign
• Transparent: All transactions visible on-chain

7. Opt-Out Rights

Any address owner can opt-out at /opt-out by signing a message. Opt-outs are:

• Immediate and permanent
• Cascade to all linked identities
• Free of charge

Exception: Labels (e.g., CEX wallet classifications) are not removed by opt-out, as they classify the address type rather than personal identity.

8. Rate Limits

• 30 requests per minute per IP
• 50 items maximum per batch request

Excessive use may result in restrictions.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but make no guarantees. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, including:

• Inaccurate or outdated data
• Service interruptions
• Actions taken based on data from the Service
• Third-party actions or misuse

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
